✅ Return Conditions
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The following conditions must be met for returns:
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging with tags
- Returns are accepted in case of seller error (wrong product shipped, damaged product)
🔄 Return Process

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: After receiving return approval, send the product to the provided address
Step 4: Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your return will be processed within 7-14 business days
❌ Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it's shipped. After shipping, you'll need to return the product to cancel.
⚠️ Returns Not Accepted
- Used or damaged products
- Requests exceeding the 14-day return period
- Opened hygienic products
